Family Membership - $340 

A single adult OR adult couple and their dependent children 18 and under living at the same residence. 

• Adult children 18 and over living at the same residence can be added for $25 each.

Grandparent Membership - $225

A single grandparent or grandparent couple living at the same residence and up to 5 grandchildren 18 and under.

• Additional grandchildren 18 and under can be added for $25 each.

• Grandparents must attend with their grandchildren.

• This membership does not extend to adult children of the grandparent.

Single Adult Membership - $175

A single adult 18 or over. 

 

2 Adult OR 1 Adult/1 Child Membership - $250

An adult couple living at the same residence OR a single adult & their one dependent child living at the same residence.

Additional fees:

• New memberships have a one-time, non-refundable initiation fee of $100 when enrolling for their first year. 

  • If any membership is not renewed in consecutive years, the $100 Initiation will be due in addition to regular dues.

• An $85.00 assessment fee is required for all memberships

  • ​This fee is assessed annually for the costs of regular maintenance and improvements for the pool.
